Registered Nurse- Urgent Care

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, assess their needs, and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care. As a Staff Nurse II, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offer patient education, and ensure continuity of care during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized in Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
