Renal Registered Dietitian - Grace Medical Center
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate interventions.
- Develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition recommendations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
