Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As a part-time Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients. Our team is committed to delivering state-of-the-art treatment in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care for a shift of patients in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Offer clinical direction and support to staff members.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise and lead the team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and relevant healthcare applications.
