Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients in a supportive environment. This position requires a compassionate and skilled nurse who can handle a variety of complex patient cases and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and oversight in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Demonstrate competency in managing patients requiring renal dialysis treatments.
- Develop professionally and contribute to the growth of the healthcare team.
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality patient care during assigned shifts.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Grace Medical Center software within 60 days of employment.
