Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider within the LifeBridge Health network. As a Renal Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. You will provide compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment, offering both acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. The position involves clinical patient care, supervisory responsibilities, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to complex patients in the Renal Dialysis Program.
- Offer clinical direction and supervision to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain competency in renal care practices and patient outcomes improvement.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with a focus on specialized care areas.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and capability to lead and guide a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and healthcare-specific software.
