Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join the Grace Medical Center team. As a part-time Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients. Your dedication to improving patient outcomes and clinical leadership will contribute to our warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient nursing care for complex patients.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with relevant software applications.
