Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health, in Baltimore, MD. This part-time position involves a day shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide urgent and innovative care to end-stage renal disease patients in a compassionate environment. Our team focuses on delivering high-quality care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical patient care for a shift of patients following healthcare policies and procedures.
- Offer guidance and supervision to staff members in line with regulatory standards.
- Show proficiency in caring for a variety of complex patients and strive for professional growth.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with 12 months in med surg, critical, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the AHA, CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience desired.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
