Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health, in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will be responsible for providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients, ensuring excellent care standards.
Responsibilities
- Clinical patient care for a shift of patients adhering to healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Developing professional growth and striving for improved patient outcomes.
- Providing clinical direction to staff members.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
