Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Grace Medical Center. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will work day shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, providing critical care to end-stage renal disease patients. Our Renal Dialysis Program offers innovative treatment in a welcoming environment, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services.
Responsibilities
- Care for complex patients with expertise and compassion.
- Provide clinical direction and patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Continuous professional development to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in critical care or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification, CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus; willingness to supervise required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specific applications within 60 days of employment.
