Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis services in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in accordance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members.
- Continuously improve patient outcomes through professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
