We are looking for a compassionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider under LifeBridge Health. In this part-time role with a weekend commitment, you will play a vital role in the Renal Dialysis Program, providing urgent and innovative care to end-stage renal disease patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled patient care in the renal dialysis unit.
• Deliver clinical direction to staff members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
• Participate in professional development to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including med surge or critical care.
• Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
