Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider under LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. This part-time position with a weekend commitment offers a day shift from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and high-quality renal care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Continuously improve patient outcomes through professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with exposure to med-surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired with the ability to lead and supervise effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
