We are looking for a passionate Renal Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced care to patients with end-stage renal disease in our innovative and compassionate environment. The ideal candidate will be competent, proficient, and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for a shift of patients according to healthcare policies and guidelines.
• Offer clinical direction to staff members.
• Demonstrate ability to care for complex patients and expand knowledge and skills.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including specific experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
