Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Renal Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for delivering state-of-the-art care, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Care for a variety of complex patients with competence and proficiency.
• Provide clinical direction to staff members and deliver clinical patient care according to healthcare policies and regulations.
• Strive for professional growth, improve patient outcomes, and supervise as needed.

Requirements

• Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
