Job Description
We are looking for a Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part-time with a weekend commitment in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be part of the Renal Dialysis Program, providing urgent and innovative treatment to end-stage renal disease patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment, offering treatment for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The Dialysis Clinic operates Monday through Saturday. ***SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $20,000***
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical patient care for a shift of patients according to healthcare policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
