Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join the team at Grace Medical Center, a part-time position located in Baltimore, MD. As a Renal Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the Renal Dialysis Program, providing urgent and innovative treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality patient care, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Supervise and mentor staff members to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and guidelines for renal dialysis procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN credentials preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to provide clinical direction.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and healthcare-specific applications.
