Residential Floating Therapist

Salary: $6,250 - $7,250 per month
About the Job
We have an opening for a Residential Floating Therapist to provide clinical services for our Fairview Firs SRTF residential program half-time and provide half-time Zoom-based services statewide as needed. This position involves clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting, including supervision of Residential Associates and training. The role also requires performing mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, clinical oversight, and crisis intervention.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day). Flexibility in schedule may be required to meet client and program needs.
What You'll Make
$6,250 - $7,250 per month based on experience and credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential for Bilingual/Multilingual candidates.

Requirements
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.
- Ability to pass DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform various tasks and crisis de-escalation techniques.
