Job Description

We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join the team at Marriott Atlanta, managed by Dimension Hospitality. As a key leader in the food and beverage department, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring superior service, and maximizing profits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
  • Monitor performance through customer satisfaction analysis and financial reports.
  • Maintain quality standards, implement sales/marketing programs, and ensure proactive human resource management.
  • Protect physical assets and ensure customer and employee safety.
  • Drive employee motivation, training, and development.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Interpret business records and make informed decisions.
  • Use mathematical skills for financial interpretation and budget preparation.
  • Adapt to changing activities and interruptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
  • 2+ years of dining room management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
  • Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
