Job Description
We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join the team at Marriott Atlanta, managed by Dimension Hospitality. As a key leader in the food and beverage department, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring superior service, and maximizing profits.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop financial and operational plans to support company objectives.
- Monitor performance through customer satisfaction analysis and financial reports.
- Maintain quality standards, implement sales/marketing programs, and ensure proactive human resource management.
- Protect physical assets and ensure customer and employee safety.
- Drive employee motivation, training, and development.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
