Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at our Lake Pleasant Store in Peoria, Arizona. As a part of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales by processing donated merchandise for sale.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting set quotas.
• Maintain company property and uphold safety standards.
• Stock merchandise as assigned, ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained.
• Be adaptable and willing to work in various processing departments based on business needs.
• Inspect donated items for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
• Model Goodwill Core Values in all aspects of work.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass background check and drug screen where applicable.
