Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate RN I - Nurse Resident/Nurse Graduate for our Emergency Room at LifeBridge Health. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to join our team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers day or night shifts with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Resident/New Grad Registered Nurse Program.
• Receive individualized orientations and internships in various specialties.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and leaders.
• Work with clinical coaches and a life coach to ensure a successful transition into your role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Less than 1 year of experience is required.
