Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN I - Nurse Resident/Nurse Graduate to join our Med Surg team at LifeBridge Health with a focus on Care Bravely. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD, with flexible day or night shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent care to patients in Med Surg units such as Oncology, Pulmonary ID, Ortho/Neuro Trauma, Rehabilitation, and GI/GU.
• Participate in the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program offering support, classes, clinical skill development, and orientation.
• Collaborate with clinical coaches and preceptors to enhance your clinical skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Less than 1 year of experience is required to participate in the program.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning, growth, and providing exceptional patient care.
