Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Nurse Resident/Nurse Graduate in the Telemetry department at Sinai Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Registered Nurse in this program, you will receive individualized orientation and support to kick start your nursing career.
Responsibilities
- Participate in individual and group support sessions.
- Learn and apply clinical skills under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
- Receive guidance from clinical coaches and life coaches for professional and personal development.
- Engage in specialized training and educational programs tailored to your needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Passion for patient care and professional growth.
