Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to deliver quality care and optimize clinical outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in the assigned specialty, meeting age-appropriate and culturally specific needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while enhancing quality of care.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and physicians to enhance patient care.
• Proactively manage risks and respond effectively in emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and manual dexterity for patient care procedures.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to various environmental factors including sharp objects and infectious materials.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases.
