Security Supervisor- Nightwatch 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Security Supervisor to join the Cincinnati Art Museum team. This full-time position on the 2nd shift (Tuesday to Saturday, 4:30pm - midnight) involves supervising and educating security personnel, monitoring nightly security operations, and ensuring the safety and security of the museum and its visitors. The Security Supervisor will coordinate security schedules, maintain alarm systems, investigate incidents, oversee building closing procedures, and provide excellent customer service to staff and the public. Additionally, responsibilities include equipment maintenance, training program development, and recruitment of security personnel. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, two or more years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work well under pressure and in emergencies.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $38,000 - $40,000
