Senior Development Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Development Officer to join Enterprise Community Partners. As the Senior Development Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Development to devise and implement fundraising strategies for corporate, foundation, and government funders. You will play a vital role in nurturing relationships with current funders, attracting new funders, and ensuring the organization meets its fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in Enterprise's mission and programs to craft effective fundraising strategies.
• Collaborate with program staff to create compelling proposals for potential funders.
• Build strong relationships across divisions to tailor fundraising approaches for different funders.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with various funders, organizing meetings and events.
• Write and submit proposals and reports, create funder collateral, and manage donor records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate and foundation fundraising experience.
• Proven track record in securing significant gifts.
• Bachelor's degree and excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
