Job Description
Moody and Associates, Inc. (Moody) is looking to hire a skilled Senior Engineering Manager - Civil to join our expanding Civil Engineering practice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and designing technical activities related to land development plans for commercial, institutional, municipal, and energy clients.
Job Purpose
- Manage tasks on multiple projects ensuring compliance with high project management standards.
- Assist in developing proposals, qualifications, and project presentations.
- Plan and oversee activities for various projects, maintaining project plans, risk registers, and communication with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor projects for cost control, scheduling, and overall progress, reporting updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project duration for successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise staff, review design issues, and manage project documentation.
- Assist in budget development and tracking, permit acquisition, and project close-out.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional engineering license in PA, additional state licensures beneficial.
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience with staff management skills.
- Expertise in site development; experience in related engineering fields is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other relevant programs.
- Strong collaborative, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Willingness to travel to project locations and between Moody offices in PA.
