We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join Enterprise Community Partners as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining financial models and analyses to support the company's growth and mission. Responsibilities include developing reporting, analysis, and modeling using various tools, coordinating budgeting and forecasting activities, improving reporting processes, analyzing business results, and more. The role requires a minimum of 4+ years of FP&A experience, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, proficiency in financial software tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the company's financial health and business strategy through reporting, analysis, and modeling.
  • Administer the Adaptive Planning software platform and develop budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial ratios, and benchmarks to track performance.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of FP&A or finance/accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial software tools like Adaptive Planning, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and visualization tools is advantageous.
