Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of hardware development experience in compute and/or storage server architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in server technologies and design processes.
- Experience leading design and manufacturing partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field.
- Experience managing technical projects from concept to production.
- Startup experience and server validation skills.
- Expertise in large-scale hardware deployment across data centers.
