Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Site Director-PIV to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As a Site Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing student programs to meet the objectives of our Job Corps Center. Your role will involve ensuring the center's goals are achieved, maintaining data integrity, fostering community relationships, and providing leadership and support to the staff.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assigned components of the Job Corps Center.
  • Maintain center's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity in reporting and compliance with DOL requirements.
  • Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage departmental budgets and prepare necessary reports.
  • Lead and inspire staff while focusing on student retention and placement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree with at least three years of program management experience in a similar setting. Must have experience working with youth.

Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a residential environment with the program's targeted population.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of working with young adults in education, training, and residential living environment. Familiarity with Academics, Career Technical Training, and contract administration. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students and staff.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently: Sitting, Seeing, Hearing, Speaking. Occasionally: Standing, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Squatting, Flexibility. Seldom: Climbing, Lifting 50 pounds, Carrying, Kneeling, Pushing/Pulling, Running, Driving.

Environmental Demands:

Operate office equipment, occasionally work alone, predominantly interact with team and other departments, read and write at a college level.
