Social Worker PRN
We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As part of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide essential clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents. Your role will involve addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
