Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital. As a SOCIAL WORKER PRN, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, helping them navigate various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
• Assist patients/residents and families with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• Licensed as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
