SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common problems related to adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Offer counseling related to medical diagnoses, discharge planning, and end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong knowledge of theory and practice in social work.
