Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, families, and residents, addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common problems such as financial concerns, family relationships, and powerlessness.
• Assist with discharge planning and provide counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
