Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position, based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. The role includes addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
