Job Description

We are looking for a reliable PRN Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, and more. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and relevant licensure (LBSW/LMSW/LGPC).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address common issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Licensure as LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC.
