SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
• Address common challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Offer counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
