Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a vital member of our Allied Health team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
