Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This position involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address various challenges including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and family relationships.
• Provide counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the social work field.
