Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing a variety of common problems related to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients and their families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to address a range of common challenges.
• Offer counseling and support for issues related to aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
