Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, and counseling support.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Assess and address common psychosocial challenges.
• Provide counseling on various issues, including discharge planning and end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
