Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer counseling to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, counseling related to death and dying, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
