SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of our allied health team, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing various common concerns and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
• Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, family relationships, financial concerns, aging-related changes, and more.
• Provide counseling and support related to discharge planning, death, and dying.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree and LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in social work.
