Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This position involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families facing a variety of challenges. Your responsibilities will include addressing issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
