SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families, addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families.
• Address various issues including adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a social worker.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
