SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and families, addressing various challenges they may face. Your role will involve assisting individuals with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical understanding, aging issues, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
