SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a wide range of common issues. Your responsibilities will include counseling related to death and dying, discharge planning, financial concerns, and family relationships.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
