Job Description

Roberts Oxygen, a leading distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our location in Richmond, VA. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store sales, operations, financial performance, and customer service to drive the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business goals and strategies for store growth.
• Supervise sales, distribution, and personnel management.
• Manage inventory, sales reports, and customer relations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in gases industry.
• Proficient in FACTS, Microsoft Office, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Class A or B CDL license preferred.
