Job Description

We are looking for a driven and dedicated Managing Partner to join our team at Texas Roadhouse. As a Managing Partner, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about running a successful restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies with the support of the Management Team.
• Direct and manage the work of the Management Team, including scheduling and assigning responsibilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for the Management Team.
• Lead the recruitment and hiring process for Management and Hourly employees.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs to optimize profitability.
• Ensure adherence to liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Manage financial aspects including weekly and monthly P&L, inventories, and budgets.
• Maintain quality standards through regular audits and training.
• Implement security measures to ensure the safety of employees and guests.
• Coordinate incentive programs and employee development initiatives.
