Responsibilities
- Manage hourly employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and discipline.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations for hourly employees.
- Direct employee work, set schedules, and assign tasks to maintain restaurant efficiency.
- Drive sales, uphold service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide training for both Front of House and Back of House staff.
- Supervise food production and preparation according to established recipes.
- Enforce security measures to prioritize the safety of employees and guests.
- Manage inventory, food, supply, and liquor costs efficiently.
- Adhere to safe food handling procedures.
