Training Facilitator

Job Description

District Photo Inc. is looking for a dedicated Training Facilitator to join our Quality and Continuous Improvement department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our manufacturing employees. As a Training Facilitator, you will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality and CI department manager in assessing training needs and developing training materials.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on technical skills, safety, and quality standards.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees at various levels.
• Maintain and update training materials for relevance and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on quality standards and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of printing technologies or related manufacturing sectors.

Working Conditions

• Significant physical activities including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• May require adjusted work schedule and weekend hours.
